Os desafios da maternidade no contexto da pandemia de Covid- 19 numa perspectiva pedagógica

O estudo traz experiências vivenciadas no contexto família e escola, frente aos desafi os e as possibilidades de melhorias no ensino aprendizagem na modalidade com o ensino remoto, numa realidade imposta pela crise sanitária da pandemia de COVID-19. A introdução contempla o desdobramento das observações gerais e os desafi os das mães em assumi- rem várias funções simultaneamente, como o labor doméstico, a educação dos fi lhos através do ensino remoto e ainda exercer um trabalho formal. O primeiro tópico traz relatos de mães, ocorridos em uma escola pública, do interior do Ceará, presenciados pela autora deste trabalho, professora na referida escola. As mães falaram sobre suas angústias com a educação dos fi lhos. As queixas predominantes são sobre o comportamento dos fi lhos, quando elas têm que ensinar as atividades escolares. Pode-se notar que as mães se angustiam muito por não dominarem as habilidades necessárias ao ensino. Porém, apresentam comportamentos inadequados, muitas vezes, surgidos por ausência de diálogos e a imposição de limites, quando necessário. A partir desses relatos, refl etimos sobre habilidades sociais educativas e a importância destas habilidades na formação dos educadores, buscando entender as cobranças que as mães passaram a receber sobre a educação formal dos fi lhos no contexto da pandemia. Por fi m, discutimos o papel da escola e as profi ssionais da Educação em promover a aprendizagem, visando possibilidades em amenizar os impactos emocionais sofridos pelas mães, professoras e alunos.

The study brings experiences experienced in the family and school context, in the face of the challenges and possibilities of improvements in teaching learning in the modality with remote education, in a reality imposed by the health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. The introduction contemplates the unfolding of the general observations and the challenges of mothers in assuming various functions simultaneously, such as domestic work, the education of children through remote education and still perform formal work. The fi rst topic contains reports of mothers, which occurred in a public school in the interior of Ceará, witnessed by the author of this paper, a teacher in the said school. The mothers talked about their anguish with the education of their children. The predominant complaints are about the behavior of children when they must teach school activities. It can be noted that mothers are very distressed by not mastering the skills necessary for teaching. However, they present inappropriate behaviors, often arising from the absence of dialogues and the imposition of limits, when necessary. From these reports, we refl ect on educational social skills and the importance of these skills in the education of educators, seeking to understand the charges that mothers began to receive on the formal education of their children in the context of the pandemic. Finally, we discuss the role of the school and education professionals in promoting learning, aiming at possibilities in softening the emotional impacts suff ered by mothers, teachers, and students.
