Este trabalho pretende realizar um breve estudo sobre a questão de gênero atrelada à questão da liberdade sexual da mulher do mundo, no Brasil, sua inserção no rol dos Direitos Humanos, bem como a importância das polÃticas de Estado para assegurar tais direitos. Pretende também levantar alguns elementos que contribuam para trazer à baila a discussão sobre a assimetria de gênero e seu combate como mecanismo necessário a proteção dos direitos humanos
e como vistas erradicar a histórica injustiça que acomete as mulheres no âmbito das relações
sociais, especialmente no Brasil.
What here is studied is a brief study on the gender issue linked to the issue of sexual freedom of women in the world, in Brazil, its inclusion in the list of Human Rights as well as the importance of state policies to ensure such rights. It also intends to raise some elements that contribute to bring up the discussion of gender asymmetry and its combat as necessary mechanism to protect human rights and how views eradicate historical injustice that affects women in the context of social relations, especially in Brazil.
