Este artigo tem como intuito dialogar com o que ficou conhecido como estudos pós-coloniais e a sua interface com a Antropologia. Por meio da análise de determinados teóricos que estão inseridos dentro da proposta dos estudos pós-coloniais, procuramos compreender como eles podem lançar luz ao campo antropológico - colocando em evidência questões relacionadas à autoridade etnográfica, à construção do outro, e à etnografia como práxis. O que propomos é uma reflexão sobre como seria possÃvel uma etnografia crÃtica que desconstruÃsse a autoridade etnográfica e restituÃsse a subjetividade de sujeitos subalternos. Pretende-se ver a etnografia como instrumento de diálogo com o subalterno e o lugar da crÃtica cultural.
This paper aims at dialoguing with what has come to be known as postcolonial studies and its interface with Anthropology. Through the analysis of certain theorists that are inserted within the proposal of postcolonial studies, we sought to understand how they can shed light on the anthropological field - highlighting issues related to ethnographic authority, to the construction of another, and to ethnography as praxis. What we propose is a reflection on how it would be possible for a critical ethnography that deconstructed ethnographic authority and restored subjectivity of subaltern subjects. We intend to see ethnography as a tool for dialogue with the subaltern and the place of cultural criticism.
