As causas atribuídas à pobreza massiva e as propostas de intervenção sobre os pobres reafirmam valores morais definidores de certa humanidade universalizada. Os parâmetros que as consagram referenciam as práticas redistributivas e os programas caritativos do Estado, isto é, o militantismo cristão e a utopia voluntarista promotora da sociedade solidária, questões consideradas neste texto.
The atributed causes to the massive poverty and the proposals to intervene in it reassure moral values which de-fine a certain universal humanity. The parameters of the causes and its dedicated proposals refer to redistributive practices and state charity programmes, i.e. the christian millitancy and voluntary utopia which promotes the solidary society.
