A temática deste artigo é plano de negócios como uma ferramenta nas organizações, demonstrando sua importância na ajuda da abertura de um negócio, sua sobrevivência e possível expansão. O presente estudo objetivou conhecer mais sobre o tema e suas formas de aplicação no dia a dia das organizações. Este artigo nos mostra o conceito do plano de negócios, seus benefícios e suas etapas, oferecendo alternativas para antecipar o futuro e fornecendo mais oportunidades de negócios. Conclui –se que para obter um resultado mais satisfatório tanto na abertura de uma organização tanto no seu ciclo de vida, cabe realizar o plano de negócio e seguir o passo a passo das fases estudadas neste artigo.

The theme of this article is business plan as a tool in organizations, demonstrating its importance in helping to open a business, its survival and possible expansion. This study aimed to know more about the theme and its application in the daily life of organizations. This article shows us the concept of the business plan, its benefits and its steps, offering alternatives for anticipating the future and providing more business opportunities. It is concluded that in order to obtain a more satisfactory result both in opening an organization and in its life cycle, it is necessary to carry out the business plan and follow the step by step of the phases studied in this article.
