O ensaio teórico em foco objetiva realizar uma análise das perspectivas instrumental e normativa das políticas organizacionais direcionadas aos stakeholders, sob o foco da ética e da responsabilidade social. Para isso, visitou-se autores como Freeman e Donaldson e Preston, para se averiguar características da perspectiva normativa e Friedman e Jensen e Meckling para estudar a perspectiva instrumental. Jones, com sua Teoria Instrumental, costura o debate ao apresentar um modelo que, apesar de se inserir sob um foco instrumental, toma emprestado preceitos da ética do comportamento oriundos da perspectiva normativa. Com a realização deste estudo, pode-se perceber que quaisquer das abordagens - instrumental ou normativa - adotadas pelas organizações, trazem impactos relevantes nos resultados organizacionais. Além disso, pode-se perceber por meio da contribuição de Donaldson e Preston, que o conceito de Justiça distributiva fundamentado na Justiça de Raws, é o que mais vem ao encontro da tentativa de compreender a responsabilidade social enquanto uma política de atendimento das demandas dos stakeholders, pois agir sob o foco da responsabilidade social implica em obter de todos que compõem a cadeia produtiva um comportamento de mútua cooperação.

The theoretical assay in focus objective to carry through an analysis of the perspectives instrumental and normative of the directed organizacionais politics to stakeholders, under the focus of the ethics and the social responsibility. For this, one visited authors as Freeman and Donaldson and Preston, to inquire characteristics of the normative perspective and Friedman and Jensen and Meckling to study the instrumental perspective. Jones, with its Instrumental Theory, sews the debate when presenting a model that, although to insert itself under an instrumental focus, takes loaned rules of the deriving ethics of the behavior of the normative perspective. With the accomplishment of this study, he can yourself be perceived that any of the boardings - instrumental or normative - adopted by the organizations, bring excellent impacts in the organizacionais results. Moreover, he can yourself be perceived by means of the contribution of Donaldson and Preston, that the concept of distributive Justice based on the Justice of Raws, is what more it comes to the meeting of the attempt to understand the social responsibility while one politics of attendance
of the demands of stakeholders, therefore to act under the focus of the social responsibility implies in getting in that they compose the productive chain a behavior of mutual cooperation.
