Esse trabalho objetivou relatar as experiências pedagógicas tanto na Instituição de Ensino Superior quanto na unidade escolar, de uma bolsista do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência, no subprojeto Educação Física. De abordagem qualitativa, caracteriza-se como um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, abarcando o período de julho de 2017 a fevereiro de 2018. Durante avigência da bolsa, foram realizados estudos teóricos e experiências de prática pedagógica, ressaltando a importância da teoria, da reflexãoeda criticidade acerca das ações propostas na escola. Ainda, foi possível planejar, vivenciar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e estabelecer vínculos com o professor supervisor e com a realidade escolar. Em suma, acredita-se que o PIBID contribui para a formação docente inicial de qualidade.
This work aimed to report the pedagogical experiences both in the Higher Education Institution and in the school unit, of a scholarship holder of the Institutional Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarship, in the Physical Education subproject. With a qualitative approach, it is characterized as a descriptive study, of the experience report type, covering the period from July 2017 to February 2018. During the term of the scholarship, theoretical studies and pedagogical practice experiences were carried out, emphasizing the importance of theory, reflection and criticality about the actions proposed at school. Still, it was possible to plan, experience the teaching-learning process and establish links with the supervising teacher and with the school reality. In short, PIBID is believed to contribute to quality initial teacher training.
