O presente artigo tem como objetivo detalhar as ações do Projeto Gestão PREVENTT e seus principais resultados. O Projeto faz parte do Programa PREVENTT, um programa extensionista criado em 2011 e que atua na prevenção e tratamento de problemas de saúde relacionados ao sistema osteomuscular. A metodologia utilizada neste trabalho é a pesquisa-ação, pois a mesma possui como estratégia de pesquisa a produção do conhecimento e a solução de um problema prático. A principal relevância deste trabalho está na expressividade de relacionar a Engenharia de Produção com a área da saúde em geral. Como principais resultados destaca-se o sucesso das práticas organizacionais adotadas no Núcleo, dentre elas tem-se a planilha de controle de fluxo de pacientes, o mapeamento de processos, a pesquisa de satisfação, entre outras. Assim, além do benefício de se estabelecer a interdisciplinaridade da Engenharia com a área de saúde, destaca-se também os resultados favoráveis ao Núcleo no que tange a gestão interna do mesmo e a satisfação dos pacientes.
This article has as goal a detailed the actions of the PREVENTT Management Project and its main results. The Project is part of the PREVENTT Program, which is an extension program created in 2011 and which works in the prevention and treatment of health problems related to the musculoskeletal system. The methodology used in this work is a research action, because it has the same research strategy to get knowledge production and solution to a practical problem. The main relevance of this work is to expressly express Production Engineering and the health area in general. As the main results of this project featured the success of the organizational practices adopted at the Center, among them the planning of patient flow control, the mapping of processes, a satisfaction survey, among others. Thus, in addition to the benefit of establishing the interdisciplinarity of Engineering with a health area, it also applies to results favorable to the Nucleus about internal management and patient satisfaction.
