As hipóteses fundamentais deste artigo surgem dos debates da disciplina Sociologia da Educação do curso de Metodologia do Ensino Superior no Centro Universitário São Lucas. Percebe -se que há uma precarização da formação humana no ensino superior ao passo que este atende as demandas do mercado e deixam de lado as demandas de uma formação para a democracia social, como preconizam os aspectos centrais do nosso Estado. Para testar esta hipótese inicial, analisamos as disciplinas que trabalham com formação humana em dez cursos da Universidade Federal de Rondônia a partir de suas ementas e cargas horárias com o intuito de perceber a presença ou ausência dos discursos de formação humana nas div ersas áreas do conhecimento. O método utilizado partiu da análise documental dos currículos e projetos político-pedagógicos disponíveis nas páginas virtuais dos cursos, primeiro inicialmente foi realizada a tabulação do percentual e depois uma análise a partir das diretrizes curriculares nacionais e outras legislações para o ensino superior. A partir dsta pesquisa concluiu-se que há um distanciamento, especialmente das graduações que não lidam com o ser humano como seus objetos diretos, na formação humana dos graduandos, caracterizando a formação para o trabalho e alienação de aspectos essenciais para a construção de uma sociedade democrática e intercultural.

The fundamental hypotheses of this article arise from the debates of the discipline Sociology of Education of the Methodology course of Higher Education in the University Center of São Lucas. It is perceived that there is a precariousness of human formation in higher education while it meets the demands of the market and leaves aside the demands of a formation for social democracy, as they advocate the central aspects of our State. In order to test this initial hypothesis, we analyze the disciplines that work with human formation in ten courses of the Federal University of Rondônia from their menus and schedules in order to perceive the presence or absence of human formation discourses in the various areas of knowledge. Our method is based on the documentary analysis of curricula and political – pedagogical projects available in the virtual pages of the courses, first tabulating their percentage presence and then an analysis from the national curricular guidelines and other legislations for higher education. Our conclusion is that there is a distancing, especially from graduations that do not deal with the human being as their direct objects, in the human formation of undergraduates, characterizing the formation for the work and alienation of aspects essential for the construction of a democratic and intercultural society.
