O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar o problema da iniciação ao handebol considerando
diferentes perspectivas, principalmente às relacionadas com as metodologias de ensino dos
Jogos Coletivos Esportivizados (JCE’s) que podem ser aplicadas à categoria mirim (sub-12).
Os JCE’s diferenciam-se pelo grau de complexidade alcançado pela interação dos seus
diversos fatores durante o jogo. É necessária, então, uma abordagem que aponte para as
principais caracterÃsticas relacionadas ao crescimento e desenvolvimento nessa faixa etária, e
que esteja integrada com objetivos que devem estar relacionados à iniciação esportiva,
considerando o processo de não-especialização precoce e a complexidade do fenômeno
esportivo no processo de ensino-aprendizagem-treinamento. Entendemos, ainda, que o caráter
lúdico e a variabilidade de estÃmulos devem estar presentes nesse processo, permeando a
dinâmica do jogo de handebol nas diferentes fases do jogo.
The aim of this work is to present the problem of handball initiation considering different
perspectives, especially those related to the teaching methodologies of team sports that can be
applied to the u-12 category. Team sports are differentiated by the complexity degree achieved
by the interaction of its various factors during the game. It is necessary, then, an approach that
points to the main features related to growth and development in this category, and that is
integrated with objectives related to sports initiation, considering the process of non-early
specialization and complexity of the sport in teaching-learning-training. We also understand
that the playful nature and variability of stimuli must be present in this process, permeating the
dynamics of handball game in the different game phases.
