O presente artigo analisa o processo de resolução de conflitos através das práticas restaurativas no ambiente escolar. O tema apresenta relevância em razão do aumento substancial dos atos violentos no interior das escolas e a ineficácia das medidas disciplinares tradicionais. A EEFM General Murilo Borges Moreira (MB) foi o lócus da pesquisa qualitativa no qual foi feito um estudo de caso, foi utilizado a entrevista semi-estruturada, para compreensão dos resultados obtidos na escola após a implementação do Projeto Implementação da Mediação Escolar, parceria esta constituída entre o Ministério Publico do estado do Ceará(MPCE), SEDUCE (Secretaria de Educação do Estado do Ceará) e a Organização Terre des Hommes (TDH).
This article analyzes the conflict resolution process through restorative practices in the school environment. The theme is relevant due to the substantial increase in violent acts within schools and the ineffectiveness of traditional disciplinary measures. EEFM General Murilo Borges Moreira (MB) was the locus of qualitative research in which a case study was carried out, a semi-structured interview was used to understand the results obtained at school aft er the implementation of the School Mediation Implementation Project, a partnership it is constituted between the Public Ministry of the State of Ceará (MPCE), SEDUCE (Secretary of Education of the State of Ceará) and the Terre des Hommes Organization (TDH).
