O trabalho tem com o objetivo apresentar uma narrativa histórica a respeito da implantação do Programa Conhecimento na Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN). A grande rotatividade turnover dos militares que integram a AMAN requer que se faça a Gestão do Conhecimento do Capital Intelectual disponível, capturando e registrando, em estruturas estáveis de significação, as iniciativas e contribuições desses militares no desempenho de suas funções. A narrativa é registrada pelos próprios gerentes do Programa e dos Projetos Estruturantes. A documentação institucional que referencia e embasa a narrativa está registrada ao longo do texto. Os militares que participaram dos eventos externos, bem como aqueles que realizaram cursos de curta duração, cursos de Pós Graduação Lato e Stricto Sensu patrocinados pelo Programa, nas diversas áreas de interesse da AMAN representam a capacidade que o Programa entregou para a Instituição até o momento. O registro dessa narrativa permite à AMAN ampliar o acervo histórico das suas realizações, tanto no âmbito interno, junto aos escalões superiores, quanto perante a comunidade acadêmica
The work aims to present a historical narrative about the implementation of the Knowledge Program at the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (AMAN). The high turnover turnover of the military members of AMAN requires that Knowledge Management of Intellectual Capital be made available, capturing and recording, in stable structures of meaning, the initiatives and contributions of these military personnel in the performance of their duties. The narrative is recorded by the managers of the Program and Structuring Projects. The institutional documentation that references and supports the narrative is recorded throughout the text. The military personnel who participated in the external events, as well as those who took short courses, Lato and Stricto Sensu Postgraduate courses sponsored by the Program, in the various areas of interest of AMAN represent the capacity that the Program delivered to the Institution until the time. The registration of this narrative allows AMAN to expand the historical collection of its achievements, both internally, with the upper echelons, and before the academic community.
