Projovem adolescente enquanto política pública sócioeducativa no combate ao trabalho infantil

O presente estudo pretende averiguar como o Direito da Criança e do Adolescente estabelece estratégias de ação no sistema de garantias de direitos para a prevenção e erradicação do trabalho infantil, notadamente quanto às políticas públicas. Neste trabalho abordar-se-á o Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos para Adolescentes e Jovens de 15 a 17 anos (Projovem Adolescente), enquanto política pública efetiva e impactante para recuperar o desenvolvimento humano de jovens explorados pelo trabalho precoce. A técnica de pesquisa utilizada no decorrer da pesquisa foi a bibliográfica (artigos e livros) e o método utilizado foi o hipotético-dedutivo. Ao longo do trabalho é possível constatar que a integração entre os programas sociais, característica marcante do Projovem Adolescente, tem se mostrado uma ferramenta interessante e eficaz no combate à exploração da mão de obra de crianças e adolescentes. Contudo, para garantir maior abrangência das políticas públicas direcionadas à infância ainda é necessária uma colaboração mais eficaz entre família, Estado e sociedade, conforme preconiza o art. 227 da Constituição Federal.

This study aims to find out how the Rights of Children and Adolescents provides protection limits and strategies in the system of rights guarantees for the prevention and eradication of child labor, especially concerning public policies. This work will address it Coexistence Service and Links of Strengthening for Teens and Young 15-17 years (Projovem Teenager), while effective and impacting public policy to recover the human development of young exploited by early work. The research technique used during the research was the literature (articles and books) and the method used was the hypothetical-deductive. Throughout the work it is clear that integration of the social programs, hallmark Projovem teenager, has been an interesting and effective tool to combat the exploitation of labor of children and adolescents. However, to ensure greater coverage of public policies aimed at childhood is still needed more effective collaboration between family, state and society, as recommended by the art. 227 of the Federal Constitution.
