A comunidade de Jesus constitui-se em uma comunidade de remanescentes de quilombo localizada no Vale do rio São Miguel, afluente do Guaporé, no município de São Miguel do Guaporé.
Localizada entre as terras da REBIO Guaporé e um projeto de colonização do INCRA marcado por uma reordenação fundiária em que grandes proprietários rurais instalaram -
se na região, alterando significativamente a estrutura fundiária local e redefinindo as relações socioambientais da comunidade de negros de Jesus, tanto com os vizinhos que se instalaram as terras antes ocupadas pelos remanescentes de quilombo de Jesus quanto com o espaço natural, uma vez que a presença da REBIO Guaporé alterou o padrão das relaçõ
es do homem com o meio natural na região. Este trabalho aborda as relações de conflito e tensão entre os remanescentes de quilombo de Jesus e as novas forças sociais que se
impuseram na região a partir da instalação do projeto de colonização e assentamento do INCRA, denominado Projeto Primavera. A definição da territorialidade da comunidade e a construção de uma identidade social coletiva como remanescentes de quilombo e o eixo condutor de todo o processo de regularização fundiária que tem sido realizado pe lo INCRA/RO.
Jesus community is in a community of remnants of Quilombo Valley located in Saint Miguel River, a Guaporé tributar y, located in São Miguel do Guaporé town. Located between the lands of REBIO Guaporé and INCRA colonization project which was marked by a landing reordering where landowners settled in the region and had changed the structure of local land and rede fined the socioenvironmental community relationship of black Jesus both with neighbors who settled the land previously occupied by remnants of Jesus Quilombo and with the countryside, since the presence of REBIO Guaporé has changed the pattern of man's rel ationship with the natural environment in the region. This work addresses the relations of conflict and tension between the remnants of Jesus Quilombo and the new social forces that have been imposed in the region from the installation of the project of IN CRA settlement which was named Spring Project.
