O presente artigo tem por finalidade analisar de que forma a personagem Guinevere é representada pelo cinema. Da mesma forma, procurar-se-á verificar aspectos relacionados ao feminino como casamento e amor, refletindo sobre tais tópicos durante o perÃodo medieval. Por fim, será realizado um debate sobre a relação cinema e história, agregando a questão de gênero na tentativa de refletir sobre a contribuição desta área de pesquisa.

This article will be analyze how the character of the King Arthur’s legend, Queen Guinevere is represented by the cinema. In the same way, this article will verify related with the feminine, how marriage and love, thinking about this topics during the Middle Ages. Finally, will be done a debate about the relation between cinema and history, included the question about gender, trying thinking about the contribution of this area of research.
