A pretensão central deste estudo consiste em analisar o vÃnculo estabelecido por Lacan
entre as teorias éticas de Kant e Sade – que, numa primeira leitura, parecem-nos
diametralmente opostos –, na obra Kant com Sade. O fio condutor será mostrar que, a
despeito da aparente falsidade da teoria da cumplicidade entre ambos, essa tese é verdadeira.
O propósito é elucidar o argumento lacaniano sui generis, no que concerne à s caracterÃsticas
especÃficas que indicam o aspecto universalizante dos princÃpios éticos enunciados por Kant e
Sade e o ponto culminante ou o sintoma produzido por este aspecto. Tal estratégia permitiu a
Lacan uma formulação teórica instauradora da ética da psicanálise. Por fim, o propósito é
demonstrar a validade para a filosofia da análise psicanalÃtica de Lacan acerca das
formulações relativas à ética do dever e à lei natural libertina, assim como, e em
contrapartida a essas, à ética do desejo.
The intention of this study is to examine the link established between Lacan’s ethical
theories of Kant and Sade - which, at first glance, appear to be diametrically opposed - in the
work Kant with Sade. The thread will show that, despite the apparent falsity of the theory of
complicity between them, this thesis is true. The purpose falsity of the Lacanian argument sui
generis with respect to the specific characteristics that indicate the universalizing aspect of the
ethical principles enunciated by Kant and Sade and the peak or symptom produced by this.
This strategy allowed Lacan inaugurating a theoretical formulation of the ethics of
psychoanalysis. It is intended to ultimately demonstrate the validity of the philosophy of
analysis Lacan’s psychoanalytic formulations concerning the ethics of duty and the law
natural libertine as well, and as a counter to the ethics of desire.
