(Re) ordenando el territorio para el “turismo accesible”. el caso de San Martín de Los Andes, provincia de Neuquén, Patagonia Argentina

The strong relation between the social actors, the images that are constructed and the uses of the territory from the practice of the tourism points the necessity to deal with the subject from a multidisciplinary boarding with models interpretation, evaluation and planning adapted to analyze the type of social practices and to generate knowledge on the value of a place. The speed of the changes, the intensification of the human activities (economic, productive, social, etc.) hits on the territorial structures. It is for this reason that one requires systematic observations of the problematic processes and in the use of the territory. It interests then, to analyze the socioeconomic context to be able to recognize the forms of appropriation and consolidation of the territory that entail to deep transformations in the place of life of many. In this article we presented/displayed the first results of the investigation on the “accessible tourism” basing the case study on the local community and the multiple interactions and perceptions that have the different actors involved in the development from San Martin of the Andes, a tourist destiny in the Patagonia Argentina, with the purpose of returning it accessible to the interests of different social groups. Methodologically, from investigations in different empiricist and sources of intelligence, one treats in this investigation on the one hand, to identify, to systematize and to present/display some elements important of the process of territorial arrangement in order to have greater elements of judgment to substantiate decisions and actions on this matter and to deepen the knowledge with respect to the territorialisation of the “accessible tourism”.

La fuerte relación entre los actores sociales, las imágenes que se construyen y los usos del territorio a partir de la práctica del turismo apuntan la necesidad de tratar el tema a partir de un abordaje multidisciplinario con modelos de interpretación, evaluación y planificación adecuados para analizar el tipo de prácticas sociales y generar conocimiento sobre el valor de un lugar. La velocidad de los cambios, las intensificación de las actividades humanas (económicas, productivas, sociales, etc.) impactan sobre las estructuras territoriales. Es por este motivo que se requiere observaciones sistemáticas de los procesos y problemáticas en el uso del territorio. Interesa pues, analizar el contexto socio-económico para poder reconocer las formas de apropiación y consolidación del territorio que conllevan a profundas transformaciones en el lugar de vida de muchos. En este artículo presentamos los primeros resultados de la investigación sobre el “turismo accesible” basando el estudio de caso en la comunidad local y las múltiples interacciones y percepciones que tienen los diferentes actores involucrados en el desarrollo de San Martín de los Andes, un destino turístico en la Patagonia Argentina, con el fin de tornarlo accesible a los intereses de diferentes grupos sociales. Metodológicamente, a partir de investigaciones en diferentes fuentes de información y empíricas, se trata en esta investigación por un lado, de identificar, sistematizar y presentar algunos elementos importantes del proceso de ordenación territorial con el propósito de disponer de mayores elementos de juicio para fundamentar decisiones y acciones en esta materia y profundizar el conocimiento respecto a la territorialización del “turismo accesible”.
