Tratado Internacional é um acordo de vontades formalizado entre os sujeitos do Direito Internacional. Cada vez mais cresce o foco da garantia e proteção dos Direitos Humanos, sendo a temática mais importante e mais discutida na atualidade. A internacionalização da proteção dos Direitos Humanos foi de suma importância para que essa temática passasse a ser vista de forma mais ampla, e a ser adotada com mais eficácia pelos Estados. A forma como o ordenamento interno de cada Estado recepciona e internaliza os Tratados de Direitos Humanos por eles ratificados é de suma importância para a eficácia da garantia e proteção de seus povos.
Resumo Inglês:
International treaty is an agreement of wills formalized between the subjects of international law. Increasingly the focus of the guarantee and protection of Human Rights is becoming the most important and most discussed topic today. The internationalization of the protection of human rights was of the utmost importance so that this issue could be seen more broadly and adopted more effectively by states. The way in which the internal planning of each state welcomes and internalizes the human rights treaties ratified by them is of paramount importance for the effective guarantee and protection of their peoples.
