O presente artigo teve como objetivo verificar os principais motivos que impulsionaram a dissolução dos escritórios de contabilidade das redes de cooperação na modalidade coworking. Quanto a tipologia da pesquisa, categoriza-se como uma abordagem exploratória e descritiva, por meio de estudo de caso, utilizando um procedimento qualitativo. As unidades de pesquisas foram a Rede de cooperação Athos Coworking e o escritório Lopes e Gadelha Assessoria e Consultoria Contábil. Foi utilizado, na análise, o método de análise de conteúdo. Na Rede de Cooperação coworking, verificou-se que Maturação e necessidade de estrutura própria são os fatores que contribuem para a dissolução da rede de cooperação. No escritório que participou da rede de cooperação, examinou-se que os motivos que levam a dissolução foram a necessidade de privacidade e um lugar próprio. Assim, em resumo, verificou-se como fatores de dissolução de redes: a maturação, privacidade, individualismo e custos-benefícios (considerados pelos entrevistados como ponto principal). Desta forma, conclui-se que o principal motivo para o ingresso a rede de cooperação coworking, também é um fator do desligamento do mesmo, custo-benefício, ou seja, quando há o aumento dos custos e a estagnação dos preços, a saída mais viável é o desligamento da rede de cooperação.
The present article aimed to verify the main reasons that led to the dissolution of the accounting offices of the cooperation networks in the coworking modality. As for the typology of the research, it is categorized as an exploratory and descriptive approach, through a case study using a qualitative procedure. The research units were the Athos Coworking Cooperation Network and the Lopes e Gadelha Assessoria e Consultoria Contábil office. In the analysis, the content analysis method was used. In the Coworking Cooperation Network, it was verified that Maturation and the necessity of own structure are the factors that contribute to the dissolution of the cooperation network. In the office that participated in the cooperation network, it was examined that the reasons for the dissolution were the need for privacy and a place of its own. Thus, in summary, we verified as dissolution factors of networks: maturation, privacy, individualism and cost-benefits (considered by the interviewees as the main point). In this way, it can be concluded that the main reason for joining the coworking cooperation network is also a cost-benefit disconnection factor, that is, when costs increase and price stagnation, the feasible is the disconnection of the cooperation network.
