No cenário atual, as organizações pertencentes ao terceiro setor são desafiadas a pensar na sustentabilidade institucional. As redes surgem como alternativa para o compartilhamento das informações e para o estabelecimento das parcerias. Este artigo objetiva realizar um levantamento teórico sobre as redes Transforma Recife e Rede Pernambuco Voluntário para conhecer a sua atuação junto às Organizações Não-Governamentais. Para tanto, especificou-se apresentar a caracterização do Transforma Recife e da Rede Pernambuco Voluntário e descrever as formas de atuação das redes segundo as suas configurações. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio eletrônico. Os resultados apontaram para as particularidades apresentadas por cada uma das redes pesquisadas, que versam sobre a configuração e a dimensão das redes. Ainda assim, notou-se que o empreendedorismo social é fundamental para o desenvolvimento dessas ações de transformação social.
Currently, the third sector organizations are challenged to think about institutional sustainability. Networks arise as an alternative for sharing information and establishing partnerships. This paper seeks to carry out a theoretical survey on the networks Transforma Recife and Rede Pernambuco Voluntário to know their work with the Non-Governmental Organizations. For that, it was specified to present the characterization of the Transforma Recife and the Rede Pernambuco Voluntário and to describe the ways in which the networks act according to their configurations. Data collection was done by electronic medias. The results points the particularities presented by each of these networks, with their configuration and their size. Thus, it was noted that social entrepreneurship is fundamental for the development of the actions of social transformation.
