O presente relatório intenta examinar, crí- tica e fundamentadamente, as observa- ções efetuadas em uma unidade escolar, como Estágio Supervisionado. Ademais, objetiva-se analisar a aula de teatro em sua prática diária, em meio a um ambiente formal e em uma dada rotina de trabalho, para detectar, por meio de uma metodologia qualitativa, potencialidades didáticas e pedagógicas visualizadas, erigir críticas educacionais e reconhecer dificuldades institucionais vivenciadas pelo Teatro- -Educação. As principais conclusões indicam que a relação entre o ensino de arte no interior de uma instituição, que possui valores, códigos socioculturais e um ethos particular, provoca tensões na estrutura material e imaterial construída. Mas ao mesmo tempo, os condicionamentos institucionais afetam a qualidade e a metodologia das aulas. Por fim, estuda-se também a figura do estagiário em artes, bem como o significado de sua presença na sala de aula.

The presente report attempts to examine, in a critical e theorical way, the observations made in a Educational Instituition, as part of a supervised internship. Moreover, it aims at analyzing the everyday practice of the Theater class, in a formal ambient and in a work routine in order to detect, through a qualitative approach, didactic and pedagogical potencialities of the Theater-Education, build up educational reviews and recognize the institutional difficulties faced by the Theater-Education. The main findings indicate that the relationship between art education within an institution, that has values, socio-cultural codes and a particular ethos, causes tensions in the material and immaterial structure built. But at the same time the institutional conditionings affect the quality and the methodology of the classes. Finally, we study the figure of the trainee in the art field, as well as the meaning of his presence in the classroom.
