O artigo apresenta uma pesquisa sobre o comportamento dos professores e da instituição neste momento de pandemia global e os reflexos acadêmicos advindos das novas tecnologias sobre os envolvidos direta e indiretamente nesse processo educacional, em que foram desenvolvidas abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa, com a realização de pesquisas “online” entre professores de uma escola privada de ensino superior, com aproximadamente 1000 alunos. O Objetivo foi observar como esse grupo de professores se comportaram e compreenderam a necessidade de adaptação, em menos de uma semana, no uso das novas tecnologias, em que 100 por cento do tempo do ambiente educacional está sendo realizado em plataformas digitais. O estudo se mostra relevante, no sentido de demostrar como professores, alunos e a administração da instituição construíram um elo de confiança, mantendo a qualidade e excelência do ensino, visto que neste momento de quarentena, pela pandemia do COVID 19, mostrou que muitos desafios deveriam ser superados e, mesmo com as barreiras existentes nesse processo, houve o êxito no resultado
The article presents a research on the behavior of teachers and the institution in this moment of global pandemic and the academic reflexes arising from new technologies on those directly and indirectly involved in this educational process, in which qualitative and quantitative approaches were developed, with the conduct of research online among teachers at a private higher education school, with approximately 1000 students. The objective was to observe how this group of teachers behaved and understood the need to adapt, in less than a week, in the use of new technologies, in which 100% of the time in the educational environment is being carried out on digital platforms. The study proves to be relevant, in the sense of showing how teachers, students and the administration of the institution built a bond of trust, maintaining the quality and excellence of teaching, since at this time of quarantine, due to the pandemic of COVID 19, it showed that many challenges they should be overcome and, even with the existing barriers in this process, the result was successful.
