Esta pesquisa tem como interesse avaliar as políticas educacionais brasileiras a partir dos impactos que as políticas macroeconômicas neoliberais têm sobre elas, considerando como, nas últimas décadas, o neoliberalismo têm se tornando hegemônico, impactando inclusive a alocação de recursos para o sistema educacional brasileiro. Para isso, foram obtidos dados junto ao Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação, que mostram o recuo nos investimentos em programa educacionais. Coroando esse processo, temos a Emenda Constitucional 95/16, que instituiu um novo regime fiscal para vigorar nos próximos 20 anos, valendo, portanto, até 2036, que implica na diminuição de investimentos em educação. Dessa forma, ao final, será indicado como as propostas de Reforma do Estado terão efeitos também sobre a educação.

This research has as interest to evaluate Brazilian educational policies based on the impacts that neoliberal macroeconomic policies have on them, considering how, in the last decades, neoliberalism has become hegemonic, impacting even the allocation of resources to the Brazilian educational system. For this, data were obtained from the National Fund for Education Development, which show the decline in investments in educational programs. To crown this process, we have the Constitutional Amendment number 95, which instituted a new tax regime to be in force in the next twenty years, and therefore, until 2036, which implies a decrease in investments in education. In this way, in the end, will be indicated how the proposals for the State Reform will have effects on education.
