Este artigo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de compreender as relações efetivas entre o Conselho Tutelar de Sinop e a Escola Municipal Rodrigo Damasceno a fim de traçar uma trajetória da instituição de ensino contemplando a sua importância estratégica para o futuro das crianças, com isso, tentou-se analisar os trabalhos promovidos pelo Conselho Tutelar no âmbito escolar em consonância com os papéis sociais a estes atribuÃdos. Por se tratar de um estudo de natureza social optou-se em realizar a pesquisa qualitativa, em que o entendimento do contexto social e cultural são essenciais para a compreensão do tema. Dentro da pesquisa qualitativa optamos por realizar um estudo de caso, isso porque os métodos nos permitem analisar mais profundamente o fenômeno pesquisado. Para o contato com os sujeitos optou-se técnica de entrevista, a mesma foi elaborada com questões semi-estruturadas, em complemento foi realizado pesquisa bibliográfica com os autores Aranha, Ariés, Yves ainda como fonte de análise a legislação vigente sobre o tema, Convenção dos direitos da Criança, Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases e Constituição Federal. A pesquisa traz como resultado a necessidade da união dos contextos Familiar, Escolar e Municipal, ao último pelas atribuições precisas e inerentes do Conselho Tutelar, convergirem, no sentido da proteção integral das crianças e adolescentes. Se tais entidades realmente convergirem em ações educativas cidadãs, os obstáculos não seriam incapazes de superação e tampouco estará indefeso o direito a educação e consequentemente o amparo à criança.
The present article was developed in order to understand the actual relations between the Guardian Council and the city of Sinop City School Rodrigo Damasceno to chart a path logic of the institution considering its strategic importance for the future of children with this tried to analyze the work promoted by the Guardian Council in the school in line with the social roles assigned to them. Because it is a study of social choice was to conduct qualitative research in the understanding of social and cultural context are essential to understanding. Within the qualitative research we decided to conduct a case study, because the methods that allow us to further investigate the phenomenon researched. To contact with the subjects we chose to interview technique, it was made with semi-structured questions, in addition to literature search was conducted with the authors of Aranha, Aries, Yves further analysis as a source of current legislation on the subject, Convention rights of the Child, the Child and Adolescent Law of Directives and Bases and the Federal Constitution. The research has as a result of the need for unity within the family, school and municipal levels, the last by the inherent and precise responsibilities of the Guardian Council, converge in the sense of integral protection of children and adolescents. If these entities actually converge on educational citizens, the obstacles would not be unable to overcome will be helpless, nor the right to education and consequently the support the child.
