O objetivo do artigo é descreve as relações entre o Brasil e os outros países de língua portuguesa, especialmente os da África, descrevendo tais relações sob o ponto de vista histórico, além de refletir sobre a situação atual de todos os membros da CPLP no contexto internacional.
Resumo Inglês:
This article aims to describe the relationships between Brazil and the other countries who speak the portuguese language, specially the african ones. The article describes these relationships throug the historical point-of-view and reflects on the actuality of the members of the CPLP in the international context.
