Este trabalho visa analisar as representações que emergem dos relatos de sujeitos denunciantes e acusados, envolvidos em denúncias de violência sexual, bem como interpretar as possíveis relações de poder, as formas de exclusão e efeitos de sentido e de verdade desses sujeitos por meio dos posicionamentos discursivos relatados pelo escrivão. Para isso, analisamos quatro recortes de relatos sobre violência sexual, recolhidos na Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher da cidade de Três LagoasMS. A análise focalizou especialmente as representações sobre os sujeitosdeclarantes de terem sofrido violência sexual, as quais podem apresentar diferentes imagens que se constituem no processo discursivo, e seus efeitos de sentido, com base na metodologia foucaultiana denominada arqueogenealogia e nos seguintes preceitos teóricos da Análise do Discurso: discurso e relações imaginárias conforme Pêcheux (1988) e formas de silêncio por Orlandi (2007). Também são utilizados os conceitos do filósofo Michel Foucault, relações de poder/saber, verdade e exclusão (FOUCAULT, 2010a, 2010b). E, finalmente, em razão das condições de produção, usamos a obra A história do estupro, de Vigarello (1998). Quanto aos resultados, observamos a presença de relações de poder pelos protagonistas por meio do uso da violência sexual, da desqualificação e da negação do efeito de verdade dos dizeres da declarante, de forma a silenciá-la.

This paper analyzes the representations that emerge from the reports of subjects complainants and defendants involved in allegations of sexual violence, as well as it interprets the possible relations of power, forms of exclusion and effects of meaning and truth that emerge from the reports of subjects complainants and defendants involved in allegations of sexual violence. It also analyzes the representations of these subjects through discursive positions reported by the Registrar. For this, we analyzed four excerpts of reports on sexual violence, gathered at the Specialized Care for Women's station in Três Lagoas- MS . The analysis focused specifically on the representations of subject-claimants of having suffered sexual violence, which can show different images that constitute the discursive process and its effects of meaning. The interpretations are based on Foucault's methodology called archeogenealogy and subsequent theoretical precepts of Discourse Analysis: discourse and imaginary relations according to Pecheux (1988), and forms of silence according to Orlandi (2007). The concepts of the philosopher Michel Foucault, such as, power relations/knowledge , truth and exclusion (Foucault, 2010a, 2010b ) are also used . And finally, due to the conditions of production, ―The history of rape‖ by Vigarello (1998) is also used. As for the results, we observed the presence of power relations exercised by the protagonists through the use of sexual violence and through the disqualification and the denial of the effect of truth of the defendant‘s words, so as that she is silenced.
