Resumo Português:
O trabalho objetiva analisar se há violações às liberdades de crença e de culto quando das negativas de gozo das imunidades tributárias, especificamente das que tratam das atribuídas a templos de qualquer culto, pelas religiões de matrizes africanas. O texto examina motivos que levam à negativa de sujeição, por parte do Poder Judiciário, dessas religiões às imunidades.
Resumo Inglês:
The objective of this study is analyze if the freedom of religion or belief have been respect at the Brazilian scenario when judges deny tax immunities to religions who have Africans origins. The text examines the reasons why that occurs explaining concepts, historical, types of immunities, religions e the freedom of religion or belief and making connections between them.
