Este artigo parte de uma simplificada análise que busca delimitar os pontos chave do libertarianismo enquanto ideologia e de suas duas principais e diametralmente opostas correntes: a minarquia e o anarcocapitalismo. Após, o presente artigo segue com o objetivo de relatar os fatos que permeiam a fundação da República Livre de Liberland, Estado proclamado entre a Croácia e a Sérvia por três amigos, no ano de 2015, e que se funda em aspectos essencialmente libertários, como a ausência da cobrança de impostos que não sejam voluntários e a não intervenção econômica. Durante a análise dos aspectos que formam Liberland, o artigo se propõe a, sem pretensão de esgotar os temas, trazer à tona implicações sociais e jurídicas relevantes e, graças às tecnologias agregadas à formação de Liberland, inéditas na história dos Estados Nacionais.
This article starts with a simplified analysis that seeks to delimit the key points of libertarianism as an ideology and its two main and diametrically opposed schools: minarchy and anarcho-capitalism. Afterwards, this article aims to report the facts surrounding the foundation of the Free Republic of Liberland, a state proclaimed between Croatia and Serbia by three friends in 2015, based on essentially libertarian aspects such as the absence of economic intervention by the state and the absence of non-voluntary taxes. During the analysis of the aspects that make up Liberland, this article aims, without any pretension of exhausting the themes, to expose significant social and legal implications that are, thanks to the technologies included in the formation of Liberland, unprecedented in the history of The National States.
