Este artigo analisa o papel do método de resolução na descoberta do ente transcendental em Tomás de Aquino (De veritate, q. 1, a.1). Acompanha-se a distinção proposta por Sto. Tomás entre duas ordens de conhecimento (a ordem das definições e a ordem da scientia), argumentando-se a favor de uma interpretação do método de resolução enquanto “reflexão transcendental.
This article analyses the role of method or resolution on discovery of transcendental being in Saint Thomas a Aquino (De veritate,q. 1, a.1). One observes the difference suggested by Saint Thomas a Aquino between two orders of knowledge (the order of definitions and the order of scientia), making argument pro an interpretation of the method of resolution while “transcendental meditation”.
