O presente trabalho tem por objetivo examinar as relações existentes entre a moral e a filosofia política, por meio da análise da obra Justiça de Michael Sandel, que busca, através da observação de algumas teorias sobre justiça, alcançar princípios de justiça aplicáveis em diversas situações concretas, bem como compreender as relações entre princípios morais e princípios de justiça e obter a resposta mais adequada à concepção do que é justo, em sociedades caracterizadas pelo liberalismo, aparentemente incompatível com a realização de justiça.

The present study aims to examine the relationship between the moral and political philosophy, through the analysis of the work of Michael Sandel Justice, which seeks, through the observation of some theories about justice, achieve justice principles applicable in several concrete situations as well as understand the relationship between moral principles and the principles of justice and obtain the most appropriate response to the concept of what is fair, in liberal societies hue, seemingly incompatible with the realization of justice.
