Introdução: O desenvolvimento da saúde do trabalhador pressupõe que se tenha uma atuação multiprofissional
e dentre as várias profissões destacamos a enfermagem. Objetivo: Discutir a produção cientifica de Enfermagem
em Saúde do Trabalhador nos primeiros dez anos do século XXI, no âmbito nacional. Métodos: Revisão
integrativa realizada na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde no período de 2001 a 2010, por meio de artigos científicos.
Resultados e discussões: Identificados 45 artigos. Houve incremento da produção entre 2006-2010, a maior parte
foi realizada por pesquisa aplicada (80,0%) e por docentes (66,6%). Conteúdo dos artigos: 88,8% discutiram
condições de trabalho; 82,2% sugeriram propostas de mudanças; 80% abordaram os riscos que os trabalhadores
estão expostos; 73,3% citaram doenças e/ou agravos relacionados ao trabalho e 55,5% discutiram ações
preventivas. Considerações finais: Há necessidade de ampliar a produção cientifica sobre ações preventivas em
saúde do trabalhador; deve haver incremento na pesquisa dos enfermeiros sobre outras categorias profissionais.
Introduction: The development of occupational health presupposes that has a multi-acting and among the
various professions highlight nursing. Objective: To discuss the scientific production of Occupational Health
Nursing in the first ten years of the twenty-first century, at the national level. Methods: Integrative review held
at the Virtual Health Library from 2001 to 2010, through scientific papers. Results and discussion: Identified
45 articles. There was an increase in output from 2006-2010, most was done by applied research (80,0%)
and teachers (66.6%). Content articles: 88.8% discussed working conditions; 82.2% suggested proposals for
changes; 80% have addressed the risks that workers are exposed; 73.3% cited illness and/or injuries related
to work and 55.5% discussed preventive actions. Final considerations: There is need to expand the scientific
literature on preventive actions in workers’ health; there should be an increase in the research of nurses to other
professional categories.
