Explana-se nesse texto a
contribuição da literatura nordestina
e brasileira na construção do imaginário sobre a região nordeste nos séculos XIX e XX. Verifica-se no percurso
histórico do Ceará como o
Estado foi
ajudando a construir esse imaginário
social nordestino. Destacamos as contribuições de Durkheim, Moscovici,
Bourdieu, Castoriadis e Laplantine
para a temática da seca no imaginário
nordestino.
The aim of this article is
to discuss the contribution of the
northeastern and Brazilian literature
in the construction of the imaginary
about the Brazilian Northeast in the
nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
We observe through History, how
the state of Ceará, helped to built
this northeastern imaginary. We val
ue the contributions of Durkheim,
Moscovici, Bourdieu, Castoriadis and
Laplantineto the issue of drought in
the northeastern imagination.
