O meio ambiente do trabalho compreende conceito tratado no ordenamento jurídico de forma difusa, com a finalidade precípua de garantir a saúde física, mental e a segurança dos trabalhadores no local de trabalho. A salvaguarda de um mínimo existencial ambiental do trabalho é fundada nos preceitos da dignidade da pessoa humana, que, para além da previsão constitucional do direito ao meio ambiente equilibrado elevado a status fundamental pela Constituição Federal de 1988 e pelas normas contidas em convenções internacionais ratificadas pelo Brasil, evidencia a intrínseca relação da dignidade da pessoa humana com o valor social do trabalho, bem como da garantia ao mínimo existencial ao trabalhador enquanto a proteção necessária à saúde e segurança.
Resumo Inglês:
The labor environment is a concept that is not concentrated or determined in the law system, aiming to ensure the health, both physical or mental, as well the safety of workers in their labor place. The protection of a existentially minimum in labor field is held by the human dignity protection that goes beyond the Constitutional Protection of a healthy environment as a fundamental right, followed by the international conventions signed by Brazilian´s State, revealing the inherent connection between the human dignity and the labor social´s value, and yet, the labor minimum basis as a tool to workers health and safety assurance.
