A SOLIDARIEDADE COMO ELEMENTO ESSENCIAL PARA A SUSTENTABILIDADE NA PERSPECTIVA DO DIREITO

Resumo Português:

O artigo visa destacar a relação entre a solidariedade e a sustentabilidade na perspectiva jurídica, que, necessariamente deveria resultar em ações dos indivíduos. Por conseguinte, a solidariedade orientada pela ideia de sustentabilidade põe a todos os seres humanos a responsabilidade de preservar o meio ambiente para os demais. O efeito disso deve ser a preservação do meio ambiente sem que se coloque em risco a integridade natural da Terra, mesmo que isso resulte no ser humano sucumbindo às necessidades que são consequências da ausência dos bens vitais naturais. Além do mais, a solidariedade e a sustentabilidade alcançam a intergeracionalidade, possibilitando aos que habitarão a Terra usufruírem dos benefícios naturais já existentes. Esta pesquisa emprega o método bibliográfico na busca dos dados, e analítico-explicativo na medida em que artigo vai tecendo as concepções suscitadas.

Resumo Inglês:

This article aims to declare the relationship between solidarity and
sustainability in the juridical perspective that necessarily must be translated into the
individual’s actions. Therefore, the solidarity guided by the idea of sustainability
prescribes to all human beings the responsibility to preserve the environment to all
humankind. The effect of that must be the preservation of the environment without
jeopardizing the Earth’s natural integrity, even if that results to human beings
succumbing to the needs that are consequence of the lack of natural’s vital goods.
Furthermore, solidarity and sustainability reach the intergenerationality, enabling
those who will inhabit the Earth to appreciate the existing natural goods. This research
employs the bibliographical method in the data search, and the explanatory-analytic,
in terms that the article weaves the conceptions aroused.
