O presente estudo propõe-se verificar o discurso, em termos de Responsabilidade Social Empresarial (RSE), das maiores empresas da América Latina, a fim de identificar a postura adotada por elas em seus documentos e informativos. A pesquisa foi realizada mediante análise do conteúdo disponibilizado pelas 100 maiores empresas da América Latina em seus websites. Os resultados apontam que as empresas analisadas apresentam-se preocupadas em divulgar ações socialmente responsáveis, há uma interligação entre os aspectos organizacionais, sociais e ambientais e as ações voltadas aos colaboradores e comunidade são os aspectos mais visíveis nas empresas em relação a RSE.

The present study intends to verify the discourse, in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), of the largest companies in Latin America, in order to identify the position adopted by them in their documents and information. The research was conducted by analyzing the content made available by the 100 largest companies in Latin America on their websites. The results show that the companies analyzed are concerned with promoting socially responsible actions, there is an interconnection between organizational, social and environmental aspects, and actions aimed at employees and the community are the most visible aspects of CSR in companies
