This work aims to analyze the thermo-hygrometric variability in Cerro do Botucaraí, in Candelária, Rio Grande do Sul, considered the highest isolated point of the state with 569 meters of altitude above sea level. The analysis was done with the average daily and monthly values of temperature and relative humidity of the air related to the months of April and May of 2016, collected in two distinct points, one being of the base of the Cerro do Botucaraí and the other of the top of the Cerro of the same name. With this analysis it was possible to observe that the temperatures at the top of Cerro do Botucaraí are generally lower than at their base and there are three cases of thermal inversion occurring between the two points, two of them in April and one In may.
