Este artigo, através do estudo de três fotografias, analisa momentos relativos à Missão Rondon no interior do Brasil, seja no que se refere aos acontecimentos propriamente ditos, seja relativo às representações históricas delas (fotografias) advindas. Ao mesmo tempo, o texto apresenta reflexões metodológicas para o uso da fotografia em estudos históricos.
This article, through the study of three photographs, analyzes moments on the Rondon Mission in the interior of Brazil is in relation to events themselves, is relative to historical representations of them (photos) arising. At the same time, the text presents methodological reflections for the use of photography in historical studies.
