Acute appendicitis is the most common cause of acute abdominal inflammation. Surgical treatment with appendectomy is universally accepted, but the conduct in appendicecal mass is still debatable. The treatment is done with large spectrum antibiotics and possibly later surgery with improvement of clinical status. We report a case of appendicitis hyperplastic treated conservatively successfully.
