O objetivo geral da prática de gestão Treinamento Elaboração de Pacote Técnico para Licitação é proporcionar a co-criação de valor ao processo licitatório com a participação dos clientes internos, por meio de treinamento personalizado pela experiência dos mesmos. Tem como objetivos específicos: padronizar a montagem dos pacotes técnicos, acelerar o processo de contratação sem ferir a legislação vidente, reduzir os custos; evitar prejuízos à imagem da Unidade, conhecer o cliente interno e identificar oportunidades de atendimentos futuros. As ações envolvem levantamento de demandas, capacitação por meio do treinamento e reuniões de alinhamento
Resumo Inglês:
The general objective of the management practice Training Preparation of a Technical Package for Bidding is to provide the co-creation of value to the bidding process with the participation of internal customers, through personalized training based on their experience. Its specific objectives are: standardizing the assembly of technical packages, speeding up the contracting process without violating legislation, reducing costs; avoid damage to the Unit's image, get to know the internal customer and identify opportunities for future assistance. The actions involve surveying demands, capacity building through training and alignment meetings.
