The school is the meeting place for learning and exchange of knowledge. It is in her that the individual finds himself equal to the others, when it comes to equality of rights, and different, when considering its culture, its concepts, its creed, among other aspects that make them unique in such a plural society. Through the acquired knowledge, the individual is able to enter the labor market and becomes apt to seek a better future for himself and his family.
