O artigo analisa a questão multicultural no filme “Beleza Americana” como filme de resistência política no ambiente de produção cinematográfica hollywoodiana. Deste modo, a preocupação do presente texto é verificar como as forças sociais agem na contemporânea sociedade norte-americana.
The purpose of the paper is to analyze the problem of multiculturalism in the film “American Beauty”. The focus of the article is to show that “American Beauty” can be considered a movie of Political Resistance in the Hollywood film production.
