No presente artigo, ousamos refletir um pouco a respeito das mudanças provocadas, a partir da década de 90, pela reestruturação produtiva às organizações dos trabalhadores do setor têxtil/
vestuário do Paraná, perpassando rapidamente pela análise das greves, das principais reivindicações dos trabalhadores e pela participação das mulheres nestas entidades. Nosso intuito é demonstrar
alguns desafios que marcam o conjunto do movimento sindical brasileiro e da classe-que-vivedo-trabalho.
In this article, we dare to reflect a little on the changes brought about, since the 1990s, by the productive restructuring of the organizations of workers in the textile/clothing sector in Paraná, briefly analyzing the strikes, the main demands of the workers and the participation of women in these organizations. Our aim is to demonstrate some of the challenges that mark the entire Brazilian trade union movement and the working class.
