A utilização da informática como recurso didático nas aulas de Matemática

Resumo Português:

Este artigo apresenta uma investigação realizada junto aos professores de Matemática do
Ensino Fundamental e Médio das redes particular, municipal e estadual da cidade de Canoas/RS,
objetivando identificar as condições de utilização da informática como recurso nas aulas de Matemá-
tica, bem como seus efeitos sobre os alunos e suas aprendizagens. Foram pesquisados aspectos
relativos às condições de acesso ao computador e a softwares educativos pelos professores, dificuldades e expectativas em relação ao uso de tais mídias e aspectos referentes à influência sobre os
alunos segundo a ótica docente. Acredita-se que a informática é um recurso que tem muito a contribuir para uma melhoria no processo de ensino e aprendizagem da Matemática, proporcionando aos
professores e alunos a oportunidade de um trabalho atual, inovador e rico em possibilidade.

This article presents an investigation done with Mathematics teachers working in Elementary
and High schools in private, state, and municipal nets from Canoas city/RG, and it has as objective to
identify the condition of using of computer science as resource in Math classes, as well the effects of
this utilization in students and their leanings. It was researched aspects relative to the conditions of
access to the computer and educational softwares by teachers, difficulties and expectations directed
to the use of such medias, as also, referring aspects the influence of this use on the pupils under the
optics of the teachers. It is given credit that the computer science is a resource that has much to
contribute to the improvement of the Mathematics process of education and learning, providing to the
professor and pupils the chance of a current work, innovator and rich in possibilities.
