Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a memória dos ex-trabalhadores da primeira Fábrica de Laticínios do Nordeste, assim como muitas de suas práticas cotidianas durante o processo que permaneceram ativos em seus respectivos cargos. A análise ocorre a partir da releitura de fontes orais e midiáticas, desta maneira, visando responder a problemática da pesquisa, será utilizada a metodologia da história oral, que abrangeu uma visão até então silenciada sobre as relações de trabalho narrado pelos próprios trabalhadores.
This article aims to analyze the memory of the former workers of the first Dairy Factory of the Northeast, as well as many of their daily practices during the process that remained active in their respective positions. The analysis is based on the re-reading of oral and media sources, thus, in order to answer the research question, the oral history methodology will be used, which covered a previously silenced view on the labor relations narrated by the workers themselves.
