ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DE CUSTO/BENEFÍCIO DE OPERACIONALIZAÇÃO DE NEGÓCIO NO BRASIL E NO PARAGUAI

O presente estudo avalia a possibilidade da operacionalização de uma fábrica de forminhas de papel, analisando duas opções de operação, uma completamente no Brasil, e outra com produção no Paraguai e distribuição no Brasil, tendo como principal quesito de avaliação o custo/benefício em todos os níveis de operação, permitindo visualizar qual das opções trará maior rentabilidade e lucratividade ao projeto. Os objetivos deste estudo são avaliar os custos/benefícios de cada uma das propostas de logísticas aqui expostas, e identificar qual é a melhor opção de execução entre elas. A avaliação é feita através de levantamento de dados, em grande maioria mensuráveis, e alguns parcialmente subjetivos que possuem valores e custos a serem avaliados e estudados. Após obtenção dos dados, eles são comparados e avaliados dentro do contexto geral a fim de obter a opção com o melhor custo/benefício. No desenvolver do estudo ambas as opções apresentaram diversas vantagens e desvantagens competitivas, as quais foram individualmente avaliadas e em seguida analisadas como uma operação completa a fim de se chegar a melhor proposta de solução. Ao final do estudo a conclusão chegada foi que a operação de melhor custo/benefícios é aquela que mescla as duas opções, obtendo-se as matérias-primas no Brasil, enviando-as para o Paraguai para sua industrialização e então retornando-as ao Brasil para a venda, desta forma obtém-se o menor custo total e possibilita a expansão dos negócios da organização.

This paper studies the possibility of operationalization of a factory of paper pans, analyzing between two options of operations, one completely in Brazil, and one with the production in Paraguay and distribution in Brazil, having as the main aspect of analyses the cost/benefit in all levels of operation, allowing to be seen which of the options will bring greater rentability and profitability to the project. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the costs/benefits of each of the logistic options here presented, and identify which is the best execution option between them. The evaluation is conducted through data collection, most of them quantifiable, and some subjective that have values and costs to be assessed and studied. After the data collection is done, they are to be compared and assessed within general environment in order to obtain the option with best cost/benefit. In the course of the study both the options presented many competitive pros and cons, which were individual evaluated and after evaluated as a hole with the objective of obtaining the best solution proposition.In the end of this study the outcome was that the operation with best cost/benefit is the one that unite both options, purchasing the raw materials in Brazil, exporting it to Paraguay and returning them as final products to be sold, this way it possible to obtain the lower cost and have the possibility of business expansion.
