The objective of this work is to simulate the dispersion of pollutants in an Eulerian model considering wind meander phenomena and diffusion coefficients dependent on distance from the source. The dispersion model of pollutants solves the advection-diffusion equation by the 3D-GILTT method. In order to consider the wind meander in the dispersion model we decompose the wind into the components ueve we calculate the autocorrelation functions and wind spectra. The results show a good
concordance between observed and predicted concentration
