O presente trabalho tem por objeto a análise do conceito do Direito a cidade como obra e sua ressignificação diante da ocupação das ruas pelas manifestações pelo #EleNão nas eleições presidenciais de 2018, pautando-se a questão dos protestos, dos corpos e materialidades para se repensar a democracia do espaço urbano. Para ao final trazer reflexões para um direito a serviço de um Direito a Cidade encarnado pelos corpos em protesto.
The present work aims to analyze the concept of the Right to the City as a work and its resignification in the face of the occupation of the streets by the demonstrations by # NotHim in the 2018 presidential elections, focusing on the issue of protests, bodies and materialities to rethink the democracy of the urban space.
