Este artigo visa a trazer algumas breves reflexões sobre a necessidade de uma justificação de natureza teórico-filosófica para os direitos humanos e o papel que as humanidades e, especialmente, uma história crítica tem a desempenhar nesse processo. Por outro lado, alerta para os perigos de abordagens históricas irrefletidas sobre o assunto.
This essay aims at bringing about some brief reflections on the need for a theoretical and philosophical justification for the human rights and the role that Humanities and, especially, a critical in this process. On the other hand, it alerts to the dangers of unreflected historical approaches to the issue.
