A Inteligência Artificial, como tecnologia chave para o software do futuro, está associada à definição de conhecimento, viabilizando que máquinas aprendam com a experiência, se adaptem a novas entradas de dados e perfomem tarefas como seres humanos, conduzindo, como auxílio, a conquistas recentes. Questionamentos surgem quanto à possibilidade de a Inteligência Artificial substituir o homem ou quem possa vir a pensar como o homem. Estes surgem quando se discorre a respeito da interação da máquina com a sociedade e, diante disso, qual é o seu impacto na seara jurídica? O presente artigo apresenta a Inteligência Artificial, identificando, especialmente, seus principais impactos na profissão jurídica e, ainda, apontando os desafios oriundos de conflitos gerados pelas transformações na nova era digital. Para tanto, foi utilizada pesquisa bibliográfica, com método qualitativo, de caráter exploratório, para apresentar estudos doutrinários que tratam do tema. A Inteligência Artificial possui forte relevância para o campo jurídico, como ferramenta de auxílio, uma vez que contribui para permitir ao advogado concentrar-se em funções estratégicas, com maior disponibilidade de tempo, beneficiando, ainda, a possibilidade de formas alternativas de execução do trabalho advocatício.

Artificial Intelligence, as a key technology for the software of the future, is associated with the definition of knowledge, enabling machines to learn from experience, adapt to new data inputs and perform tasks as human beings, leading, as aid, to recent conquests. Questions arise as to the possibility of Artificial Intelligence replacing man or who may come to think like man. These arise when discussing the interaction of the machine with society and, in view of that, what is its impact on the legal field? Thus, this article presents Artificial Intelligence, identifying, especially, its main impacts on the legal profession and, also, pointing out the challenges arising from conflicts generated by the transformations in the new digital age. To this end, a bibliographic search was used, with a qualitative method, of an exploratory character, to present doctrinal studies that deal with the theme. Artificial Intelligence has a strong relevance for the legal field, as an aid tool, since it contributes to allow the lawyer to concentrate on strategic functions, with greater time availability, benefiting, also, in the possibility of alternative ways of carrying out the work. advocacy.
