O presente trabalho se ocupará de analisar a lógica do poder internacional, em especial, dentro das instituições. A partir da teoria realista, se apontará os obstáculos à verdadeira cooperação internacional, quais sejam, a balança de poder a que os Estados submetem suas atuações e a natureza anárquica da ordem internacional. Nesse sentido, primeiro se analisará, brevemente, a evolução das instituições e as manifestações cooperativistas ao longo da história. Num segundo momento, se apontará o contexto histórico atual a que as instituições e os Estados se encontram, a globalização. E, por fim, a partir da teoria realista das relações internacionais, apontar-se-á os obstáculos impostos à cooperação na ordem internacional, lançando olhares, de forma concisa, ao caso da guerra civil na Síria.
Resumo Inglês:
This paper will analyze the logic international power, especially, within institutions. From the realist theory, will be appointed the obstacles to true international cooperation, such as, the balance of power to which states submit their actions and the anarchic nature of the international order. In this sense, first, will be analyzed the evolution of institutions and cooperative manifestations throughout history. In a second moment, it will point out the current historical context that institutions and states meet, the globalization. And, finally, from the realist theory of international relations, will be appointed out the obstacles imposed to international cooperation, giving a concise look at the case of the civil war in Syria.
